Working on behalf of Patrick Bradley Homes Ltd, McCavana Timber Frame Homes were commissioned on a complete build and development basis to create Trinity Mews.

Situated in the popular village of Ahoghill, McCavana Timber Frame Homes produced a complete development of 48 homes comprising of detached houses, townhouses and apartments.

The project originally had an 18 month deadline, but was completed in 12 months due to a number of factors:
